Some patients even start with the nasal spray and later transition to injections when they’re ready. We’ll support you in whichever route helps you reach your wellness goals.
Currently Serena Health operate in the Florida state only. Safety is our top priority. NAD+ Injectable is a prescription compounded medication, which means one of our licensed physicians will review your health information and must authorize it for you. We only dispense through our certified U.S. pharmacy partner. NAD+ occurs naturally in the body, and restoring it is generally very safe. That said, it’s not for everyone – if you have uncontrolled health issues (like certain heart conditions) or you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, our providers will likely advise against NAD+ or recommend alternate approaches.
